Description

A Printable Self-Care Journal that takes you from emotionally drained, exhausted, and overwhelmed to a life of fulfillment, balance, and ease, even if you are a busy professional, a stay-at-home mom with kids and a packed schedule, or a woman intentionally choosing her soft girl era.

It all started last year when, as a stay-at-home mom, I decided I was going to start a blog and quit the side business that had been frustrating me for a long time.

I wanted to pour all my focus and energy into building something meaningful for myself. My conviction was so strong that I became obsessed.

Maybe that obsession came from the fact that I was a novelist turned stay-at-home mom who desperately needed purpose.

I wanted more than just writing books; I could not fully live off.

Blogging came naturally to me because I have always seen myself as that big sister type with wisdom, creativity, and something valuable to share.

I poured everything into building my blog. But because I was not making money and had no savings, it quickly became frustrating.

I could not afford many things that would have helped me grow, and that held me back. I started my blog using Shine Pages, which I loved because it made it easy for a non-tech girl like me to build an entire website by herself.

But I could not continue. Paying 59 USD every month with no income coming in is no joke.

Eventually, I hired a web designer. After paying my hard-earned money, she built me a website that took up so much CPU space it became almost unusable.

It crashed with every plugin I added. She blamed my plugins.

But the real story here is this. While all of this was happening, I was tired, frustrated, broke, borrowing money from family, and slowly losing myself. I felt broken. I felt less than.

Let me ask you something.

Have you ever felt so drained doing something you know is good for you, but you are so exhausted that everything else in your life starts to suffer?

You have no time to care for yourself, and deep down, you know this is not how your life is supposed to feel.

I worked up to 18 hours a day and saw nothing in return. The building stage was brutal.

I had to do everything the hard way, and my family life and self-worth took a serious hit. I was unkept. Every single cent I had went back into my work.

From being a mom to two toddler boys, to a wife, to managing the home, cooking, making sure the kids were okay, and then trying to build my dreams on top of all that, there was no space left for me.

Self-care did not even exist in my life at that point.

And this part hurts to admit.

Before all of this, I knew how to take care of myself. I knew how to balance my life. But suddenly, I could not anymore.

My husband complained about how much I worked, and that only made things worse emotionally.

Instead of staying stuck in frustration, I decided to get to work and attack the real problem.

My plan was simple. I designed a self-care planner, one that included everything in my life that needed to change.

I realized the transformation had to start with my daily actions, not big, dramatic moves.

Then I invested more money I did not even have into building a new website, the one I currently use today.

Do not ask me how I pulled that off. Even my husband does not know.

Before I get into the results, let me show you a peek at what the journal looks like.

And the results.

I became productive while resting. I spent more intentional time with my family.

I started going back to the salon to do my nails like I used to. I began getting my hair treated monthly as part of my self-care routine.

But I did not stop there.

I rebuilt my prayer life, which is very important to me. I became more positive, calmer, more grateful, and more at ease. My life improved.

My marriage grew stronger. My children were happier because I was not just doing chores. I was present, playing with them, enjoying them.

My name is Sianah Nalika DeShield. Five-time novelist of the bestselling book Who Is Ma Kemah. Blogger. Digital creator. DIY mom.

Yes, I am a versatile woman, and I take pride in that.

I love teaching women how to make things at home to cut down household expenses so they can save personal money for their self-care and their future instead of ending up broke, lost, and emotionally drained like I was during my building stage.

While others focus solely on promoting big brand affiliate products,

I enjoy teaching women how to create their own solutions right in their kitchen. Yes, I use affiliate links, but only when they genuinely make life easier.

I also create digital products that serve women and simplify their lives.

Every product I make comes from a place of frustration, longing, and the deep desire to live better.

I understand something deeply. Women from every culture, country, continent, religion, and background all share one truth. We need self-care.

And self-care is not just skincare. It is not just beauty routines. It starts with the mind.

That is exactly what this Printable Self-care Journal gives you.

You may be wondering why this self-care journal when there are so many others online.

This Printable Self-Care Journal gives you space to track your morning routine, what I call a diary-style self-care journal.

Everything you do in the morning, you track it. There is also space for your morning declarations.

You cannot leave your mornings to chance. You must command your mornings to bring you what you need. You have that power, and you should use it.

You also get a section for today’s goals. Every single day needs direction. Your day cannot blow with the wind. Time is passing whether you are intentional or not, and successful people set goals daily. What is your goal today? Write it down.

There is also a section for things you are grateful for. No matter how hard life gets, gratitude shifts your mindset. This space allows you to count your blessings and acknowledge the good even on difficult days.

What kind of self-care journal would this be without a place for daily finances? You can track petty cash, the source, amount, and date, all in one place.

You also get space to write down your appointments for the day. This is an all-in-one diary.

It does not stop there.

There is space for daily tasks and reminders, so nothing important slips through the cracks.

See it for yourself.

And finally, there is a full page dedicated to daily reflection.

Every meaningful self-care journey requires reflection. Reflection helps you see what worked, what did not, and what you can improve. A woman who values herself must constantly look inward, and this journal gives you that opportunity.

Inside your Self-care Journal, you will reflect on what you did for yourself, your accomplishments, and how you truly felt that day.

This is your moment. Do not scroll past it.

If any part of this story felt familiar, that is not an accident. That tight feeling in your chest, the quiet exhaustion, the knowing that you deserve better than survival mode, that is your sign.

You already know what happens if you do nothing.

Tomorrow looks exactly like today. More giving. More draining. More postponing yourself.

This Printable Self-Care Journal is not something you come back to later. It is the structure your life has been missing.

You do not need more motivation. You need a system. You need direction. You need a place where your mornings, goals, emotions, finances, prayers, and reflections finally live together.

This journal gives you that.
