So, I mixed up a few simple ingredients I already had at home. I started spraying his mattress cover, then the actual mattress when needed, and it worked. Instantly.
Now I spray it after every change. It keeps the room fresh, the bed smelling clean, and honestly, I even spray it on my bed because the scent is that good.

Lavender Essential Oil (10–15 drops)
- Naturally calming and great for sleep
- Helps mask and neutralize bad smells
- Perfect for kids’ rooms and bedtime
Eucalyptus Essential Oil (10-15 drops)
- Fresh, clean, and crisp
- Excellent for odor control
- Helps clear up the air in a stuffy room
Optional: Distilled water or witch hazel (if you don’t have a room spray base.
How to Make It (in under 5 minutes)
Supplies:
- 1 small spray bottle (150ml)
- Room spray base (fill 100ml of the bottle)
- 10–15 drops of lavender oil
- 10-15 drops of eucalyptus oil
- Shake well before each use and spray.
How to Use It
This spray is perfect for any fabric you don’t wash every day, including:
